Legal & Policies
How Wicked Clean LLC handles your information, the terms of using our services, and what we do to keep this site accessible.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Wicked Clean LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through wickedcleanct.com and when you contact us about pressure washing services, how we use it, and what choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information that's collected automatically when you visit the site.
From you:
- Name, phone number, email, and service address when you request a quote
- Details about the project you're asking about (siding type, square footage, photos, etc.)
- Payment information when you pay for a completed job (processed by our third-party payment provider, not stored by us)
- Anything else you choose to include in a message, email, or text to us
Automatically:
- Pages you visit on this site, how long you spend on them, what you clicked
- Approximate location (city level) based on your IP address
- Device type, browser, operating system, screen size
- The website that referred you here (if any)
This automatic information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the specifics.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and schedule the job
- To send you appointment confirmations and reminders
- To bill you and accept payment
- To follow up after a job to check satisfaction or ask for a review
- To improve the website (which pages get used, where people drop off)
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations
- With your separate consent, to send marketing messages about services you might be interested in
3. Text messages and phone calls
If you give us your phone number on a quote request, we may text or call you about that job. Standard message and data rates apply.
We use Jobber to schedule jobs and send appointment reminders. If you'd rather not receive texts, reply STOP to any message and we'll switch you to email or phone. You can opt in again any time by replying START.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only when it's needed to do the work, run the business, or reach people who have shown interest in our services:
- Service providers: Jobber (scheduling, CRM, payments, email campaigns), Google Workspace (email), our hosting provider, and the payment processor we use to accept cards.
- Advertising partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. We use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags on the site so we can show ads to people who have visited wickedcleanct.com. These tags share limited browsing information (pages viewed, approximate location, device, a hashed identifier) with Meta and Google. We do not share names, addresses, or phone numbers for ad targeting.
- Legal: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or property.
- Sale or transfer of business: If Wicked Clean LLC is ever sold or merged, customer information would transfer with the business. We'd notify you first.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some state privacy laws (including Connecticut's CTDPA and California's CPRA), our use of the Meta Pixel and Google Ads remarketing tags is considered "targeted advertising" or "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising," and may be treated as a "sale" under the broad definitions in those laws. You can opt out at any time — see Section 9 (Connecticut), Section 10 (California), or our Cookie Policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
See our full Cookie Policy. In short: we use cookies for essential site functions, anonymous traffic analytics, and to remember your preferences. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to complete the job and meet our tax and legal recordkeeping obligations (generally seven years in Connecticut). After that, we delete or anonymize records.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the site, password-protected accounts for our internal tools, and limited access to customer records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Ask us what information we have about you.
- Correction: Ask us to fix something that's wrong.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal recordkeeping requirements).
- Opt out of marketing: Tell us to stop sending you promotional messages.
- Data portability: Get a copy of the information you provided in a readable format.
To make a request, email support@wickedcleanct.com or call (860) 748-8655. We'll respond within 30 days. If we deny a request, we'll explain why and how to appeal.
9. Connecticut residents
The Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) gives Connecticut residents the following rights:
- Access — know what personal data we have about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Deletion — have your data deleted (subject to legal recordkeeping).
- Portability — receive a copy in a usable format.
- Opt out of targeted advertising — tell us to stop using the Meta Pixel and Google Ads remarketing tags to target ads at you. As noted in Section 4, we use these for retargeting site visitors.
- Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects (we don't currently do this).
- Opt out of "sale" of personal data — our retargeting tag use may qualify as a "sale" under the CTDPA's broad definition. You can opt out.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@wickedcleanct.com. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request for targeted advertising and sale on this site. We respond within 45 days and won't charge you for a request.
Note: CTDPA thresholds change on July 1, 2026, lowering the consumer-count threshold to 35,000 and adding zero-volume triggers for sensitive data and data sales. Even if Wicked Clean LLC is below the threshold, we honor these rights on request.
10. California residents
We are a small Connecticut business and likely do not meet the revenue or volume thresholds that trigger formal CCPA/CPRA obligations. We honor CCPA-style requests on the same basis as Connecticut requests above:
- Right to know what we collect, use, and share
- Right to delete
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — our use of the Meta Pixel and Google Ads remarketing tags is considered "sharing" under CPRA
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising rights
To make a request, email support@wickedcleanct.com. We respond to browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising.
11. EU, EEA, Switzerland, and UK visitors
Wicked Clean LLC is a local Connecticut, USA service business. We do not market to, target, advertise to, or knowingly accept customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Our services are physically delivered in Hartford County, Connecticut and surrounding towns only.
If you are visiting our site from one of these regions, the third-party tools embedded on our site (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags) may collect technical information about your visit. We do not intentionally process this data and do not transfer it to the US for any purpose specific to you.
If you'd like us to exclude your data from any processing on this site, email support@wickedcleanct.com with the request and the approximate date(s) you visited. We'll act on the request within 30 days.
12. Other US state residents
Several other US states have enacted privacy laws similar to Connecticut's, including Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana, New Jersey, Delaware, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, and Florida. Wicked Clean LLC is below the consumer-count or revenue thresholds for nearly all of these laws.
If you're a resident of one of these states and have a privacy request — access, correction, deletion, opt out of targeted advertising — we honor it on the same basis as the Connecticut and California requests described above. Email support@wickedcleanct.com.
13. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. If the change is significant, we'll let active customers know by email.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms apply to your use of wickedcleanct.com and to any pressure washing or related services Wicked Clean LLC provides. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Wicked Clean LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company located at 151 Whiting Ln, West Hartford, CT 06119. The business is owned and operated by David Cass.
2. The services we provide
We offer exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to: house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, power washing, paver sealing, vinyl fence cleaning, polymeric sand installation, and commercial pressure washing. We serve Hartford County, CT and surrounding areas.
Every job starts with a free quote. The quote describes the scope, the price, and any conditions specific to your property.
3. Scheduling and cancellation
- Once a quote is accepted, we schedule the job and confirm by phone or text.
- Weather can delay outdoor work. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you as early as possible.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us 48 hours' notice when possible.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a small rescheduling fee, which we'll always tell you about in advance.
4. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the job unless we've agreed in writing on different terms.
- We accept credit card, debit card, check, and electronic transfer through our payment provider (Jobber).
- For commercial jobs, we may issue an invoice with net-15 or net-30 terms based on the agreement.
- Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Connecticut law, whichever is lower.
5. Access to the property
You agree to give us reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including water and (where needed) electrical outlets. You also agree to:
- Move or secure valuables, plants, pets, and outdoor furniture that could be affected
- Tell us about any fragile, painted, stained, or sensitive surfaces in advance
- Notify us of any leaks, broken seals, or known issues with the surfaces being cleaned
If we discover an issue during the job that affects the work, we'll pause and call you before proceeding.
6. What we guarantee
- We use the appropriate technique and pressure for each surface (soft wash where soft wash belongs, hot water where it makes a difference).
- We carry general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
- If you're unhappy with a finished job, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and address it at no cost, as long as the issue is something the original scope could reasonably have prevented.
7. What we can't guarantee
Exterior cleaning has limits. We will not be responsible for:
- Re-soiling caused by weather, pollen, nearby construction, or vehicle drips after we leave
- Surfaces that are already damaged, painted over, or beyond the scope of cleaning (we'll point this out before starting and document it)
- Stains from years of standing water, rust, or chemical contamination that cleaning alone cannot remove
- Pre-existing damage to siding, sealant, screens, weather stripping, or shingles
- Plants, mulch, or lawn that are not protected per industry-standard procedures (we will use those procedures by default)
8. Photos of your property
We may take before-and-after photos of completed jobs for our portfolio, gallery page, social media, and marketing materials. Photos focus on the work, not on people or identifying details. If you'd rather we not take or use photos of your property, tell us before the job and we'll honor it. You can ask us to remove a specific photo from public use at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Connecticut law, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost income, lost use of a property, or emotional distress.
Nothing in this section limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Wicked Clean LLC against any third-party claim that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or any inaccurate information you provided about the property.
11. Website use
This site is provided "as is." We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it. Don't rely on the site as the only source of information for an important decision — call us if it matters.
Don't try to access parts of the site that aren't open to the public, don't scrape it for competitive purposes, and don't post anything illegal or harmful. We can suspend access if you do.
12. Trademarks and content
"Wicked Clean," the Wicked Clean LLC logo, and the content of this site (photos, text, layout) are owned by Wicked Clean LLC. You may not copy or use them without permission. Customer photos used in our gallery remain property of the photographer (us) but we won't claim ownership of your house.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it through will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut. Both parties agree to that venue.
We encourage you to contact us first if there's a problem. We've solved every issue we've ever had directly, and we'd rather do that than file paperwork.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Wicked Clean LLC is committed to making wickedcleanct.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We're working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web content.
1. What we're doing
- Using semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate the site
- Providing alt text on photos that convey meaning
- Maintaining color contrast that meets AA thresholds for text
- Making sure forms can be filled out using a keyboard alone
- Avoiding content that flashes more than three times per second
- Designing pages that resize cleanly without losing functionality
2. Known limitations
Some older blog post images and gallery photos may not have descriptive alt text yet. We're working through them. If a specific image is blocking your access to information, please contact us and we'll add the description or provide an alternative.
3. Tell us when something's broken
If you run into a part of the site that doesn't work for you — content you can't reach, a form you can't submit, a contrast issue, anything — we want to hear about it. Reach out:
Phone: (860) 748-8655
Mail: 151 Whiting Ln, West Hartford, CT 06119
We try to respond within 5 business days. If you need information from the site right away, please call and we'll read it to you or send it in your preferred format.
4. Third-party content
Parts of this site embed content from third parties (the Jobber quote form, Google Maps, social media widgets). We try to choose accessible providers, but we don't control the accessibility of their content. If a third-party tool is blocking you, let us know and we'll provide the information another way.
5. Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a process, not a checkbox. As we update the site, we run new content through accessibility checks before publishing. This statement is updated when our practices change.
