The Right Method for Every Surface

We assess every surface before choosing a method, never the other way around.

Low pressure

Soft Washing

A cleaning solution kills algae, mildew, and mold at the source, then a gentle rinse carries it away. Our method for roofs, vinyl, wood, aluminum, and stucco.

Soft washing
High pressure

Pressure Washing

High water pressure physically lifts dirt and stains from hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and pavers. A rotary surface cleaner keeps flatwork even and streak-free.

Pressure washing
Heated water

Power Washing

Pressure washing with heated water. More effective on grease, oil, and heavy buildup, which makes it the go-to for driveways and commercial lots.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills algae, mildew, and mold at the source. Pressure washing uses high water pressure to physically remove contamination and is only appropriate for hard surfaces like brick or concrete. Vinyl, wood, aluminum, and stucco siding all need soft wash. We assess every surface before choosing a method, never the other way around.

Is power washing the same as pressure washing?

The terms are often used interchangeably and describe the same basic process: high-pressure water cleaning. Technically, power washing refers to using heated water, which is more effective on grease and heavy organic buildup. We use the right equipment for the job regardless of what it's called.

How much do your services cost?

Every property is different, so we price each job individually based on the size of the property, the surfaces involved, and how much buildup there is. Bundling services into one visit typically saves money. Quotes are free and come with no obligation, so request one and you will have an exact number for your property.

How often should I have my house washed?

Most Connecticut homes benefit from a wash once a year, usually in spring or early summer. Homes under heavy tree cover or with shaded, north-facing walls may need attention more often. Roofs typically need cleaning every 3 to 5 years.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. Commercial pressure washing keeps storefronts, sidewalks, and lots clean and professional year-round. In winter, we also offer commercial snow removal. Every commercial job is quoted individually.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we can reach the work areas and an outdoor water spigot, we can complete the job while you are out. We confirm every detail before we arrive and follow up when the work is done.
